Northgate Minerals proposes to use Duncan Lake to dump mine waste

However, MacPhail would not answer directly a question from French, the Takla Lake chief, when asked whether Northgate president and CEO Ken Stowe still retained his position that the mine project would not go ahead without support of First Nations. Stowe made the comment two years ago at a Prince George Chamber of Commerce luncheon.

MacPhail responded: "Has our position changed? Circumstances have changed."

It's really hard sometimes not to say what I would like to. I know profanity is frowned upon, but oh....I have some choice words I'd like to use for that statement!
It sounds like corporations have more say than we the people. It's about time for change in this Country. A_R
